AT&T Stadium, the Dallas Cowboys, and Legends Hospitality have announced a Thanksgiving food menu that will be available for the team’s annual holiday game on Thursday.

The menu will include past Thanksgiving creations like The Thanksgiving Bowl and The Thanksgiving Hand Pie and two new additions: The Thanksgiving Roll and The Thanksgiving Sandwich.

“I’m beyond excited to develop something new with these beloved flavors for fans in The Thanksgiving Roll and The Thanksgiving Sandwich this 2023 Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving Game Day, a legendary tradition,” Legends Hospitality Concessions Chef Heather Fuller said in a news release. “We love bringing the fun and joy of Thanksgiving to the table for fans to enjoy as they celebrate with us on this beautiful holiday, with the always exciting action and experience of game day and sports.”

The Thanksgiving Roll is an egg roll dish filled with many staples of a Thanksgiving feast, like house pecan-and-hickory-smoked turkey, sweet potatoes, green beans, cranberry sauce, and savory herb dressing. Two rolls come in an order with turkey gravy served on the side for dipping.

The Thanksgiving Sandwich contains the same ingredients listed above plus Cowboys Mac n Cheese on a brioche bun. The Thanksgiving bowl features all the staples in a portable bowl, while the Thanksgiving Hand Pie wraps it all in a handheld pie crust.

The unique items will be available at the stadium’s main club level, silver club level, upper concourse, and various drop locations.

The Thanksgiving menu also features several dessert options, including pumpkin pie, pecan pie, chocolate meringue pie, two kinds of apple pie, and cupcakes — all made from scratch in the stadium’s pastry kitchen.

“We have a whole team who does only pastries the whole year,” Legends Hospitality Executive Chef Marcelo Vasquez explained as he presented the selection to the media. “We use the best chocolate in the world. We use the best ingredients in the world because that’s just what we do.”

For those in suites, a traditional Thanksgiving meal with options like turkey, orange bourbon glazed ham, broccoli casserole, cornbread casserole, praline sweet potatoes, mac n cheese, and many more will also be available.

The Cowboys are expecting around 90,000 fans for Thursday’s game, and the food products above will use thousands of pounds of turkey, ham, mac n cheese, potatoes, sweet potatoes, and cornbread.

The Cowboys (7-3) host the Washington Commanders (4-7) at 3:30 p.m. CT on Thursday as part of the NFL’s annual Thanksgiving triple-header.
