Recent Carrollton Newton Smith graduate Parker Cremeans dreamt of playing at the college level.
He will soon realize that dream when he heads 400 miles north to McPherson, Kansas, where he will attend Central Christian College (CCC).
“Way to go Trojan Nation,” Carrollton Farmers Branch ISD Athletic Director Renee Putter tweeted after Cremeans inked a National Letter of Intent with CCC in March. “Another scholar athlete continuing his dream of playing college ball!”
Cremeans was among the eight Trojans to earn all-district honors for the 2021 season, the program’s Twitter account said.
He joins a Tigers program that compiled a 9-10-3 campaign.
