Cowboys to Host Open Practices Free to the Public

Dallas Cowboys fans will be able to watch their favorite players prepare for the 2022 season when the team returns to North Texas for the second half of training camp.

The Cowboys will host back-to-back practices on August 23-24 at The Star in Frisco that will be open free to the public. Both practices will begin at 6 p.m. inside the Ford Center.

The team will kick off the first public practice with ‘Cowboys Night’ at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, the 23rd. The event will feature a performance by the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, live DJ and Host, Rowdy, interactive games, giveaways, and more on the Tostitos Championship Plaza.

The doors to the Ford Center will open to the public at 4:45 p.m.

An opening ceremony will take place at 5:15 p.m. before the first open practice session and include a speech from the Cowboys’ owner, president, and general manager, Jerry Jones.

For those unable to attend, the first public practice will be broadcast live from 6-8 p.m. on TXA 21. The broadcast will be hosted by Cowboys reporter Bill Jones and former Cowboys player Isaiah Stanback.
