The Dallas Cowboys have invited multiple players to visit The Star in Frisco as the team prepares for the upcoming 2025 NFL Draft.

Each NFL team is allowed to invite 30 prospects to visit its respective facility in preparation for the draft, though Dallas also hosts a “Dallas Day” to allow local prospects to meet with the franchise.

The Cowboys released a list of players who have already been confirmed to be visiting the facility during the draft process, with many expecting the franchise to select an offensive skill position in the first round.

As previously reported by The Dallas Express, Cowboys Head Coach Brian Schottenheimer said the franchise will “build it from the outside, in,” hinting that the team will likely select a wide receiver or defensive back in the first round.

Dallas invited just two wide receivers to visit the facility leading into the draft, with Arizona’s Tetairoa McMillan being invited on a Top 30 visit and TCU’s Savion Williams expected to attend Dallas Day.

McMillan is expected to be selected around the time the Cowboys are on the clock in the first round, with his playstyle seemingly meshing well with the players the team already has on the roster.

NFL draft analyst Todd McShay also recently claimed that he is “hearing a lot of noise about Tet going 12 to Dallas,” as reported by DX.

Meanwhile, the team invited only two defensive backs to tour the facility, with East Carolina’s Shavon Revel Jr. and Texas’s Andrew Mukuba expected to meet with the team on Top 30 visits.

Revel was widely regarded as one of the best cornerback prospects in the draft before tearing his ACL last season and should be fully healthy to begin his rookie year.

Although Revel would be a surprising selection with the 12th overall pick, Dallas could trade down in the first round or choose to select him early in the second round.

Mukuba would also be a shocking selection by the Cowboys in the first round, with the team likely seeking help at the safety position in the second or third round.

Dallas could choose to select Mukuba in the second round with the expectation that he transitions into a nickel cornerback, which would fill a need for the team after Jourdan Lewis left in free agency.

The Cowboys have also been linked to multiple running backs in the draft. Following Rico Dowdle’s departure in free agency, the team has a major hole to fill.

At the running back position, the Cowboys have invited Virginia Tech’s Bhayshul Tuten on a Top 30 visit, with the team also expecting to meet with Oklahoma State’s Ollie Gordon, Miami’s Damien Martinez, and Boise State’s Ashton Jeanty during Dallas Day.

Jeanty is the only player from this list expected to be in contention to be selected by the team in the first round; however, recent rumors indicate that he may be selected earlier in the round.

Although the defensive line is not likely the selection for the team in the first round, the Cowboys also invited Texas A&M’s Shemar Stewart and Texas’s Alfred Collins to tour the facility on a Top 30 visit.

Stewart is one of the most athletic players in NFL Combine history and could be a potential selection by the Cowboys with the 12th pick, as he has all the physical tools needed to become successful in the league.

Stewart lacks many of the technical skills required at this point in his career, but the ceiling for his potential is incredibly high, and Dallas could develop him into a consistent contributor.

Similalry, Collins would fill an immediate need for the Cowboys on the interior defensive line, with the defense needing a player who can clog the lane and prevent opposing teams from running the ball.

Dallas is unlikely to select Collins in the first round, but the team could spend a second or third-round pick on the defensive lineman.

The NFL Draft is less than 20 days away. The first round is scheduled to begin on April 24, followed by rounds two and three on April 25, and the final four rounds on April 26.
