Let’s check out the housing activity for the last 30 days!

Dallas County’s median home price decreased by $9,500 but is still up 11.3% from August of 2021!

The average number of days a house spends on the market is now 52, compared to last month’s 47, overall 4 days less than August of 2021.

Tarrant County’s median home price decreased by $10,000 but is still up 17.7% from August of 2021!

The average number of days on market is now 52, compared to last month’s 47, which is 3 days more than August of 2021.

Collin County’s median home price decreased by $6,601 but is still up 20.1% from August of 2021!

The average number of days on market is now 59, compared to last month’s 54, which is 11 days more than August of 2021.

We are still in a market correction, but nowhere near a crash. The market is still moving, homes are still selling, and we are in a buyer’s market, so sellers, be sure to list your homes correctly from day one, or else you may be looking at more days on market!

Happy House Hunting!
