A Texas ranch west of Fort Worth, spanning more than 2,700 acres, has hit the market.
The Three Nails Ranch in Eastland County is up for sale and is currently being marketed by Dallas-based real estate agency Icon Global for an unspecified price.
The ranch is situated in the cross-timbers eco-region of Texas, about 1.5 hours from Fort Worth or about 2.5 hours from Dallas. In addition to “first-class” facilities, the ranch features abundant wildlife with incredible views of the elevated Texas landscape.
Called “The Gateway To West Texas,” the ranch includes a 6,500-foot runway, superior amenities, and several state-of-the-art facilities. The Gregory Simmons Memorial Airport is the airport of choice for general and corporate aviation.
The “premier hunting & horse ranch” is being marketed as a “multi-purpose showplace” with a luxury hilltop compound with multiple horse, cattle, and hunting facilities.
For the equestrian, the ranch features two major horse barns with over 50 stalls and a breeding complex, according to the property description. For the hunter, the property includes an exotic breeding facility and a commercial hunting operation. Meanwhile, the rancher can enjoy plentiful water, working pens, stock ponds, a roughly 15-acre lake, and more.
“Easy access to DFW, and first class, modern improvements throughout the ranch create a ready to use year-round family ranch, as well as the potential for future commercial opportunities,” Icon Global says in the property description.
The Dallas Express reached out to Icon Global to inquire about the ranch’s price tag, but the agency was not immediately available for comment.
