Dallas is set to welcome a new high-rise to the City when Harwood No. 15 comes online in 2027.

As previously detailed in The Dallas Express, Harwood International Inc. announced plans to build a new 23-story building in Dallas’ office district. Now, details have emerged that the family-owned real estate firm will begin work on the tower early next year.

“Harwood No. 15 will stand 23 floors tall with 340,000+ rentable square feet paired with unmatched modern amenities. The tower will be located just steps from the Katy Trail and Harwood’s La Rue Perdue,” reads a description on the building’s website.

The tower will stand at 3008 N. Harwood Street in the 19-block Harwood District, near the Dallas North Tollway entrance and Harry Hines Boulevard. Kengo Juma & Associates, based in Japan, and Dallas-based Corgan partnered to design the project. The team was also responsible for designing the slightly larger Harwood No. 14 tower.

The building will feature a restaurant and coffee bar on the ground floor, a ninth-floor sky garden, and a “state-of-the-art fitness center,” complete with a dry sauna, wet sauna, and cold plunge. The tower will also boast a golf simulator and pickleball court.

The District of Harwood is a mixed-used master-planned neighborhood with over three million square feet of AA office space, residential living, hotels, and restaurants, like Dolce Riviera. According to Harwood International, the neighborhood will eventually house more than 8.1 million square feet of office, retail, and residential development. As of November last year, the Harwood District was over 90% leased.

Cleveland-based law firm Jones Day plans to move its offices from Harwood No. 3 to Harwood No. 15 once the building is complete. The law firm secured 73,000 square feet of space over three floors earlier this year.

Harwood International is also in talks with other tenants interested in leasing space in the forthcoming tower.
