Silver Creek Business Park in west Fort Worth is getting three new buildings to the tune of over $75 million.
Majestic Realty, a prominent industrial builder based in California, is planning to commence the construction in June, per The Dallas Morning News.
As The Dallas Express previously reported, Majestic Realty started work on a 1.1-million-square-foot warehouse in the park last year.
“Our long-term vision and steadfast commitment to west Fort Worth is coming to fruition as we help pioneer this new submarket,” explained Kyle Valley, Majestic Realty’s senior vice president, per a news release last June.
Indeed, the developer continues to invest in the area with these latest plans on its 520-acre plot located on the west side of Loop 820 at Silver Creek Road.
Once the three new buildings are completed in mid-2024, they will add another almost 1.1 million square feet of industrial space at the park.
Ultimately, Silver Creek Business Park will have approximately 6.5 million square of warehouse and distribution space, per the DMN.
Majestic Realty has a number of North Texas projects running, including the 320-acre Majestic Fort Worth South Business Park on the I-35 corridor between Everman Parkway and Risinger Road.
The developer has also been actively engaged in a public-private partnership with Stockyards Heritage Development Co. and the City of Fort Worth to revamp the city’s historic entertainment district, per D Magazine.
The $200 million renovation included turning Mule Alley into a mixed-use shopping and restaurant complex as well as building the 200-room Hotel Drover.
Majestic Reality even acquired the Fort Worth Stockyards Hotel, its restaurant, and its saloon last fall. The remodel — which will include adding an infinity pool and a golf simulator — is expected to be finished by 2025.
The Los Angeles-based developer set up shop in Dallas in 1999 and has since developed over 5 million square feet of warehouse and distribution facilities in towns like Lewisville, Coppell, and Hutchins.
Majestic Realty also has regional offices across the country, including in the states of Georgia, Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, and Pennsylvania.
The developer owns approximately 87 million square feet of industrial real estate, has roughly 400 buildings, and leases to over 825 tenants.
