One of the premier designer events in Dallas has made a major announcement, listing the architects and designers who will be participating in this year’s Kips Bay Decorator Show House.
The Kips Bay Decorator Show House is an annual event where top interior designers transform a luxury home, showcasing their creativity and trends in design. Proceeds benefit a number of local charities and causes.

The Kips Bay Decorator Show House has announced this year’s lineup of 25 celebrated designers and architects who will transform the 2-acre estate at 2999 Turtle Creek Blvd. Open to the public for three weeks beginning Friday, October 25th, the Show House doubles as the nation’s leading design event of the year and a major fundraiser for Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, as well as local Dallas charities Dwell with Dignity and The Crystal Charity Ball.
“Each of our twenty-five designers were hand selected for their distinctive flair and creativity, and we look forward to unveiling their creations at this year’s iconic Dallas location,” said Daniel Quintero, the Executive Director of the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. “We are pleased to be back in Dallas for our fifth year, and we are excited to welcome the local community and design aficionados from around the world to experience the Show House and contribute to such an important cause.”
For this year’s Show House, the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club has partnered with design-led real estate developer and asset manager HN Capital Partners to locate the right property for the Show House.
