A recently-listed commercial property in Carrolton includes a bonus that the seller hopes will have it “Gone in 60 Seconds.” That is because the seller of the property is offering one of the most iconic muscle movie cars of all time as a bonus for the full-price purchase price of $19.9 million. The buyer of the property will also get a licensed edition 1967 “Eleanor” Ford Mustang offered by Earth MotorCars, one of the current tenants on the property.

The commercial property is at 3216 Kellway Drive and includes a 68,325 square-foot Class A free-standing steel building on a 5.37-acre lot with excellent street visibility. The property is near Addison Airport and has quick access to the Dallas North Tollway. A collision repair company currently occupies the building along with Earth MotorCars, which has owned the property for eight years.

The collision repair company recently signed a five-year extension on the lease of the property. Earth MotorCars is offering to back lease the remainder of the property for ten years, giving buyers an immediate cash stream. The building was originally built in 2014; it is of tilt-wall and masonry construction and is said to be in excellent condition.

Earth MotorCars is an exotic and custom car dealership service that boasts several high-end exotic vehicles and custom classics in its inventory. In addition to McClarens, Ferraris, and Porsches, Earth Motor Cars also offers cars like the Eleanor Mustang included in the sale.

The car offered is a licensed Eleanor Tribute car, complete with all the paperwork to prove it. These cars have been fetching high prices at auction over the last several years, with one selling in January 2022 for $495,000 at the Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale auction.

The car was made famous by the 2000 remake of the classic 1974 car chase action movie. The Eleanor Mustang includes a framed photograph signed by cast members, including leading actor Nicolas Cage. The car features some custom body modifications, wheels, unique paint, and even a special gas cap to set it apart from a typical fastback Mustang.

This Eleanor features a high-performance 511 cubic-inch all-aluminum V8 engine prepared by Roush Racing, one of the factory suppliers of custom crate motors. The engine uses a fuel-injected eight-barrel intake manifold to produce a rated 600 horsepower. A five-speed manual transmission backs the engine.

The car is finished with the correct pepper grey exterior with gloss black racing stripes. The interior is custom black leather over factory-style seats with custom door panels. It features the proper Eleanor Tribute badges affixed to the brushed aluminum dash panel and a full-custom Pioneer car stereo.
