With the listing of this massive property in Boerne, a lucky buyer could secure their very own lazy river.

The Lazy River Ranch at 227 Seewald Rd., seven miles from Downtown Boerne, is on sale for $4.85 million and comes with an expansive 72-acre property. The listing, located 280 miles south of Dallas, includes three homes on the acreage, including a fully renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom, 1,800-square-foot guest house.

If the lazy river were not enough, the property also boasts multiple canyons, a windmill, a driving range, and a three-hole golf course.

The main house on the property is over 5,000 square feet. The three-bedroom, five-bathroom home includes custom cabinetry and Viking appliances. It also boasts His and Her offices, a custom primary suite with its own kitchenette, and a private second office suite with its own sitting room, bathroom, and balcony.

Of course, the property’s lazy river is the highlight for many people, a feature typically reserved for major water parks and hotels.

“Complete with a fantastic waterfall, this lazy river is the size and quality one would expect in the most elegant resorts. Heated and fully lit, this feature can be enjoyed year-round and at night, even as you remove yourself from the current and head to the swim-up bar overlooking the propane-driven fire pit and seating area. This fire pit area can also be accessed via the custom-built bridge taking you over the lazy river as your guests casually float by,” reads the enticing listing on the property’s website.

“That would [be] so amazing to have that. I’d be out there all the time in the summer,” one user commented on a Zillow Gone Wild post on X profiling the multi-million dollar Texas property.

In 2022, the property, in a different, larger configuration, was listed for $7.35 million. It was later split into two lots: a 27-acre lot and the currently listed 72-acre lot.
