Field Street Project

A mixed-use high-rise is in the works at the intersection of Ross Avenue and Field Street. Once complete, the 30-story tower will be a mixed-use building with workspace, residential units, hotel rooms, and more. Pacific Elm and Headington Cos. are collaborating on the project.

Dallas Convention Center 2.0

Earlier this month, The Dallas Express reported that over 40 events have reportedly already been booked at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, which is not expected to open for another five years. The $3.7 billion project will culminate in 2.5 million square feet of space, including a 105,000-square-foot ballroom.
