One of Dallas’ newest high-rise apartment buildings is now available for pre-leasing. Modera Katy Trail is the latest apartment development from Mill Creek Residential.
The high-rise rental community in West Dallas is located on Beckley Avenue near Commerce Street. The building is expected to be attractive to customers based on its location along the popular Katy Trail, which runs from North Dallas to downtown.
Kevin Hickman from Mill Creek said in a statement that Modera Katy Trail will offer a wide variety in a location that will cater to both those craving an elevated living experience and outdoor enthusiasts.
“With a prime location just removed from the exorbitant price tags of central Highland Park, we believe Modera Katy Trail will be a top-of-market option for area residents who choose the convenience of upscale rental housing,” the statement read.
The 14-story building consists of 217 luxury rental units. It features a rooftop pool deck facing downtown Dallas, a piano lounge, an outdoor kitchen area, a fifth-floor amenity level with a fitness center and resident lounge, and a fireside porch across from the trailhead. It also has co-working areas and a conference room.
Located on the eastern edge of Highland Park of North Central Expressway near McCommas Avenue, the new tower will start taking in the first tenants in January 2022. Rent begins at about $1,900 a month per 626-square-foot unit.
Per DMN, Mill Creek Residential is working on two other new apartment projects with plans to build a retail and apartment building south of White Rock Lake, on East Grand Avenue at Gaston.
