Deloitte plans to leave the Arts District Tower for 23Springs — a new office building under construction in Uptown Dallas — by 2026.
“It’s attracting big brands,” Granite Properties’ managing director Paul Bennett told The Dallas Morning News. “We have a lot of activity and are close on some other big deals. Companies are drawn to the high-end amenities. There are two restaurants and a half-acre park in our project. The building is going to be walkable to shops and restaurants and all the things Uptown offers.”
The 26-floor office tower on Cedar Springs Road will encompass 625,000 square feet and include a fitness studio, upscale customer lounge with a golf simulator, neighborhood park, restaurant space, and six levels of underground parking.

Deloitte plans to lease more than 100,000 square feet of office space on four floors of the new building, where Bank OZK and other tenants will operate, the newspaper reported. According to The Dallas Morning News, Deloitte is the second major company leaving what was formerly known as the Chase Tower. Its namesake tenant, JPMorgan Chase, recently moved to the Hunt Consolidated building.
23Springs is owned by Granite Properties and Highwood Properties. Deloitte has operated at the Arts District Tower location for more than 30 years, The Dallas Morning News reported.
