The Fort Worth Report is reporting that a local “real estate leader has acquired more than 160 acres of land in the Woodhaven neighborhood, including the former Woodhaven Golf Course, with redevelopment plans for the area. Crescendo Development, a real estate development firm headed by Will Northern, acquired the property for $8.5 million in a May 7 foreclosure auction.”
“Northern said that about 92% of Woodhaven’s homes are multifamily or townhomes, yet many of the neighborhood’s 22 apartment complexes are deemed substandard,” FWR wrote.
