Trinsic Residential Group, a top North Texas’ apartment developer with several projects in the region, is considering a new project in McKinney.
The Dallas-based group currently owns or has apartment complexes in development in five states across the country, according to the company’s website. The group has also completed multiple projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
The apartment developer now has plans for a new rental community in McKinney, just north of Highway 121.
According to planning documents filed with the state, the Aura McKinney apartments will consist of twelve three-story buildings totaling 320 units.
The $44 million project is being designed by Womack+Hampton Architects, with work set to begin this spring with an opening at Stacey Road.
