On the hunt for a ranch that boasts acres of pastures for cattle, an arena, and multiple houses?

Then look no further than the Seven-D Ranch in Whitehall, which offers 1,650 acres of rolling hills and is listed at a whopping $45 million, per the listing from Hall and Hall, a full-service land company.

While Seven-D Ranch is located in an idyllic rural setting between Houston and College Station, the nearby Aggie Freeway Corridor makes it reachable within half an hour of the Grand Parkway Highway and Highway 6.

The pastoral scenery is perfect for nature lovers as well as hunters of wildflowers and wild game alike.

The 350-acre pasture is surrounded by fencing, as Seven-D Ranch is a working commercial cattle spread, per The Dallas Morning News.

There is a horse barn, an equipment barn, as well as cattle handling facilities, per the listing.

It also has two center-pivot irrigation systems that span over 143 acres.

The 10,000-square-foot steel living space can accommodate up to 20 overnight guests.

Up until recently, the space was used for weddings and special events.

As such, the ranch also features four cabins, a chapel that can also serve as a party barn, and a food prep kitchen.

Property taxes are estimated at approximately $22,685 per year, taking into account the 1-D-1 agricultural appraisal.

As The Dallas Express recently reported, Texas homeowners face the sixth-highest property taxes in the country, and rising home valuations have many residents concerned.

Seven-D Ranch is just the latest in a series of large Texas properties to hit the market.

As The Dallas Express reported, another ranch in Erath County hit the market earlier this month for $16 million. The North Paluxy Ranch offers approximately 2,520 acres of farmland just a two-hour drive from downtown Dallas.

The Double T Ranch in Crockett County, priced at $20 million, boasts more than 22,000 acres between Fort Stockton and Junction, per the DMN.

There is also an entire town being sold in West Texas between Van Horn and Valentine, as The Dallas Express reported. Formerly a ghost town, Lobo was given a new lease on life by a group of German artists who purchased it in 1999.

While no price has been given, the current owners are organizing an open house of sorts on Memorial Day weekend.
