Though not yet finished, an imposing mansion is now available for $18.5 million in Dallas’s highly desirable Preston Hollow neighborhood.

Located at 10010 Strait Ln., the 2.2-acre estate boasts a 10-car garage, a tennis court, and breathtaking views of Bachman Creek, per WFAA.

The mansion was designed to evoke the grandeur of the luxury homes found in the Holmby Hills area of Beverly Hills, which has a population of 747 and where the median home price is $6,420,488.

The three-story home features multiple balconies and an elevator.

Its 20 rooms encompass 12,472 square feet of living space. This includes six bedrooms, six baths, an office, a wine cellar, and a gym.

The kitchen is already fully equipped with a coffee maker, a gas range, and a wine cooler, among others.

Upon stepping inside, guests are immediately struck by this property’s sheer luxury, though it is still being built.

Ellen Grasso & Sons, a luxury homebuilder, is acting as a consultant on this project. Its portfolio includes properties in the prominent Dallas neighborhoods of Turtle Creek and Park Lane.

Lance Dickinson, with Dallas-based DDLA Design, is responsible for leading the landscape design.

The home is scheduled to be completed in late 2024. Despite this, local and California couples have already expressed interest in this stunning property, listing broker Jonathan Rosen said per WFAA.

The mansion has been on the market for 22 days and is still available as of the print date.

Rosen’s The Rosen Group at Compass has closed more than $600 million worth of luxury home deals in the last three years alone.

Prior to this recent development project by Hadley & Bess, a single-story, five-bedroom home built in 1956 sat on the property, per public records.

Although it was going for less than half the cost of this mansion, another luxury but historical home was recently sold for approximately $6 million in Fort Worth, as The Dallas Express reported.

The Baldridge House is an 11,725-square-foot Georgian-style mansion built between 1910 and 1913. Declared a Texas Historic Landmark in 1978, it sits on nearly 1.5 acres at 5100 Crestline Rd.
