A $17.5 million condo is for sale in Dallas, the most expensive high-rise residence listed in the City.
The still-under-construction unit will measure 7,688 square feet, once completed, and will occupy the entire 26th floor at HALL Arts Residence in the Dallas Arts District, according to WFAA. Known as the Gallery Penthouse, it will feature four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and two half-baths.
“HALL Arts Residences offers the perfect blend of art and living with an exclusive collection of 50 luxury homes, located in the heart of the Dallas Arts District. The 28-story tower is thoughtfully designed to provide the most sophisticated living experience within the most carefully engineered residential building in the city,” reads a description of the high-rise on its website.
The owner of Gallery Penthouse, projected to be completed in January 2025, will enjoy direct elevator access into their condo, 14-foot ceilings, massive 12-foot pocket doors, and hand-troweled artisanal plaster walks.
The condo also boasts its own library and a kitchen “with the finest in German design,” like Gaggenau appliances and Bulthaup cabinetry.
The Gallery is one of four penthouses in the building. The Canvas Penthouse will be two units that are split on the 27th floor at 3,838 square feet each. A fourth unit, the Sky Terrace Penthouse, will occupy the top floor of the building. At 5,130 square feet, the Sky Terrace residence will be smaller than the Gallery but include a 2,330-square-foot outdoor terrace with a private pool.
So far, no prices for the Canvas or Sky Terrace units have been disclosed.
HALL Arts Residences, built in 2020, features numerous amenities, like a resort-style infinity-edge pool, heated spas, and a putting green. It also features an art collection selected by renewed art curator Virginia Short, in keeping with its Arts District location and Dallas’ growing reputation as an arts destination.
Kyle Richards and Cindi Caudle are listing agents for the Gallery Penthouse, representing Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty. Abeyta Tibbs Architecture is responsible for designing the condo, with Allgood/Pfannenstiel General Contractors completing the build-out.
