Dallas police responded to a call for a health and welfare check around 7:13 a.m. the morning of Thursday, January 6, on the street in the 1600 block of Arrow Road.
There they found the body of a Black female, wearing a partial security guard uniform, lying on the side of the road. First responders pronounced her dead at the scene.
There was no identification found with the body. The Dallas County Medical Examiner’s office will conduct a fingerprint analysis to identify the victim.
Police are calling the incident a murder, and an investigation is underway. No further details are known at this time.
