President Donald Trump recently shared footage of a U.S. military strike that destroyed a boat, killing 11 suspected members of the Tren de Aragua (TdA) narco-terrorist group.
The news of the U.S. military action comes one day after Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro accused the United States of plotting regime change, as reported in The Dallas Express. According to Trump, the strike against the suspected narco-terrorists occurred in international waters.
“Earlier this morning, on my Orders, U.S. Military Forces conducted a kinetic strike against positively identified Tren de Aragua Narcoterrorists in the SOUTHCOM area of responsibility. TDA is a designated Foreign Terrorist Organization, operating under the control of Nicolas Maduro, responsible for mass murder, drug trafficking, sex trafficking, and acts of violence and terror across the United States and Western Hemisphere,” Trump posted on Truth Social on September 2.
“The strike occurred while the terrorists were at sea in International waters transporting illegal narcotics, heading to the United States. The strike resulted in 11 terrorists killed in action. No U.S. Forces were harmed in this strike. Please let this serve as notice to anybody even thinking about bringing drugs into the United States of America. BEWARE! Thank you for your attention to this matter!!!!!!!!!!!”

Shortly after the announcement, Secretary of State Marco Rubio posted on X that the military action occurred in the southern Caribbean against a drug vessel that left from Venezuela.
Responding to footage of the strike on X, Eric Trump praised the attack against the suspected narco-terrorist vessel:
As a person who has had multiple friends (and children of friends) die of fentanyl, nothing puts a bigger smile on my face. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Stop poisoning our citizens! https://t.co/btt81MoiLB

In June, The Dallas Express reported that police in Fort Worth arrested 76 suspects for gun and drug crimes following a mission called “Operation Showdown.” Three of the suspects arrested had “crown and star tattoos,” common among Tren de Argua cartel members.
