Rep. Anna Paulina Luna levied a bombshell allegation about the JFK files while appearing on Fox News over the weekend.
“We’re in the process of tracking down two specific documents. I would like to tell the American people that NBC has a video that has never been seen before,” Luna (R-FL) said to anchor Jesse Watters. “It allegedly shows Oswald near the vehicle when the assassination took place, which means he couldn’t have been the shooter. We are tracking down all this information.”
Watters asked for clarification, saying, “You’re saying that NBC has been keeping this tape of Oswald under wraps?”
“Correct,” Luna continued. “Director Stone told us that he was shown this tape, and he said that this could blow open the entire JFK investigation.”
She followed up later: “He said that NBC has been very much so guarding this tape. I believe that that tape belongs to the American people… I would encourage everyone to ask NBC to release that tape to the public; it’s important not just for our investigations but so that the American people know the truth as to what happened with John F. Kennedy.”
Anna Paulina Luna alleges NBC is withholding a tape showing Lee Harvey Oswald standing next to JFK’s motorcade — not inside the School Book Depository — during the assassination. If true, this tape would radically change our understanding of his death. pic.twitter.com/QHoyckSYmL

The ‘JFK Files’ are a shorthand name used by media outlets to describe the recent release of over 80,000 pages of new material by the Trump administration related to President John F Kennedy’s death on November 22, 1963, during a visit to Dallas.
Mystery has surrounded the death of Kennedy since the moment the shots rang out. First Lady Jackie Kennedy said she did not notice the shots at first, mistaking them for a car backfiring, when she testified before the Warren Commission, The Dallas Express reported.
Other widows were similarly surprised. Marina Oswald, the wife of Kennedy’s alleged assassin, Lee Harvey Oswald, has vacillated in her beliefs about whether her husband was involved in the murder.
One of the first JFK files released indicated that a top CIA agent claimed the agency was responsible for the President’s demise, and just six months later, he would be found dead in an incident that was ruled to be a suicide by gunshot.
Another audio recording pointed fingers in a different direction.
Just before the first JFK files were declassified, a resurfaced audio released by Billie Sol Estes’ grandson indicated that Clifton Carter, the former executive director of the Democratic National Committee and close associate of LBJ, believed that LBJ orchestrated a series of murders, including the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, to consolidate Johnson’s political power, DX reported.
The traditional narrative promoted by the Warren Commission and most media outlets has been that Oswald, an American communist sympathizer who lived in the Soviet Union for a period, acted alone.
