Vice President Kamala Harris responded to former President Donald Trump’s remarks on her IQ by asserting that she would take a cognitive test and challenging him to do the same.

Trump called for Harris to take and “pass a test on Cognitive Stamina and Agility” earlier this month, claiming, “she is slow and lethargic in answering even the easiest of questions,” USA Today reported.

Trump further commented on Friday during a nearly three-hour conversation with podcast host Joe Rogan, in which Trump described Harris as “a very low IQ person.”

In an interview with CBS Evening News anchor Norah O’Donnell, Harris stated, “This is what he has resorted to… he actually has no plan for the American people.” During the interview, Harris agreed to take an exam, wanting Trump to do the same.

Trump isn’t the only person who doubts Harris’s intelligence; former Fox News host Tucker Carlson referred to her as having a “low IQ” during his speech at Madison Square Garden.

Harris’s word salad responses during interviews have gained nationwide attention.

With just over a week until Election Day, Harris acknowledged the tight race. She highlighted recent events in Michigan with Michelle Obama and Beyoncé in Texas. However, Beyoncé’s appearance led audience members to expect a performance. Instead, Beyoncé delivered a speech, leaving many to feel it was a slight against Harris, reported the New York Post.
