Elon Musk’s America PAC is offering $47 to registered swing state voters who encourage others to sign a petition supporting the First and Second Amendments.

The objective is to gather one million signatures in crucial swing states.

“Sign our petition to support the Constitution! Also earn $47 for every person you refer to sign the petition if they’re in a swing state. Goal is to get 1M voters in swing states to show support for free speech & right to bear arms,” Musk posted on X.

In looking at the petition itself, the initiative is “exclusively open to registered voters in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Nevada, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin and North Carolina.”

To “receive $47 for each registered voter you refer that signs this petition,” will you need to have those referred sign by October 21.

Musk recently made his first public appearance to support the Republican presidential nominee and former President Trump since he endorsed him on July 13, shortly after Thomas Matthew Crooks attempted to assassinate Trump at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

Trump returned to Bulter, Pennsylvania, for another rally on October 5, where Musk joined him.

“America is the home of the brave, and there’s no truer test than courage under fire,” said Musk. “Who do you want representing America?”

“This is no ordinary election. The other side wants to take away your freedom of speech. They want to take away your right to bear arms,” continued Musk.

“Free speech is the bedrock of democracy … that’s why it’s the First Amendment. And the Second Amendment is there to ensure that we have the First Amendment,” said Musk.

“President Trump must win to preserve the Constitution. He must win to preserve democracy in America… This is a must-win situation,” asserted Musk.
