The special counsel who just released a report on the FBI’s Donald Trump-Russia investigation has agreed to testify before Congress.

John Durham will testify publicly and privately in June concerning the 306-page report, the Washington Examiner reported Friday.

The Durham Report said the investigation, dubbed Crossfire Hurricane, was deeply flawed. He wrote that an “objective and honest assessment” of the evidence should have caused the FBI to question the need for a probe and to ask itself if it were being politically manipulated.

Durham concluded there was no basis for Crossfire Hurricane and no collusion between Trump and the Russians, noting that complaints about 2016 Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton were handled differently.

“I, and much more importantly, the American public, have been victims of this long-running and treasonous charade started by the Democrats — started by Comey,” Trump told Fox News Digital. “There must be a heavy price to pay for putting our country through this.”

Many Democrats dismissed the report as nothing new and a waste of money.

“I think it is a naked self-justification for the millions of dollars of taxpayer dollars they wasted in that wild goose chase,” U.S. Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) told Fox News. “So he [Durham] is trying to justify it now, but nobody takes it seriously. Everybody knows that Vladimir Putin was involved in an active measure campaign to destabilize and sabotage the American election in 2016. And he… has been doing it ever since he’s never stopped.”
