The National Border Patrol Council (NBPC), a union for border patrol agents, has responded to the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) after an altercation at the southern border prompted the activist group to condemn the border security measures.

A group of unlawful migrants crossed into the United States into El Paso, waving a large Venezuelan flag on October 31. The event was partially caught on camera showing the migrants reportedly protesting along the Rio Grande River.

Border patrol units then converged to respond as the people crossed into the country. Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) officials reported that one of the protesters proceeded to attack an agent with a flagpole while another threw a rock at agents, injuring another.

“During this event, preliminary reports indicate that several individuals became combative and physically assaultive, resulting in the deployment of pepper ball munitions — a less-than-lethal system that agents are trained to use in order to protect themselves and others from attack,” said CBP Commissioner Chris Magnus in a statement on November 1.

The event was partially captured on camera, with the feed allegedly showing border patrol units turning the migrants back toward the river with crowd control measures deployed.

When the video was released, the ACLU condemned the event, tweeting on Monday, “This is the latest in a long line of abuses carried out by CBP. Our government’s failed attempts at preventing people from seeking protection in the US lead to death and suffering. The Biden administration must restore a humane process for seeking asylum.”

The NBCP tweeted a response to the ACLU’s condemnation stating, “We read this morning that the ACLU is upset that BP agents have the audacity to defend themselves. We have a response for them. Go to hell.”

Currently, the number of people crossing the Southern border has reached unparalleled heights, leading nearly three dozen counties in Texas to declare that the influx of unlawful migrations represents an invasion, as reported by The Dallas Express.

I’m not a member of any of these socialist internet sites like Twitter (which looks to be getting out of the communist propaganda business with the new owner coming in and terminating the socialists), Meta, Instagram, et al, so I would never have known about this current ACLU travesty except for this reporting here on the Dallas Express.

I’m glad to hear that the Border Patrol Union said something about the ACLU’s ignorant and biased comment. Good for them! And maybe their example will help encourage our Republican politicians to grow a spine and stand up to the demokrats and their lies, misinformation, and biased propaganda that they spread and have been spreading for the last 25 years.

I refer to them as the American “Criminal Liberals” Union.

Name one country that does not protect and enforce its borders.
Right. There is none. So how can anyone imagine that our current government has any intention to protect us?
