LinkedIn News just released its annual list of Jobs on the Rise in Dallas, ranking the fastest-growing positions in the City over the past three years.

  1. Artificial Intelligence Engineer: AI has been one of the hottest industries in recent years, evidenced by the immense growth experienced by OpenAI, Nvidia, and other players directly involved in the space. Just last week, President Trump announced a monumental half-a-trillion investment to expand American AI capabilities. Unsurprisingly, the engineering backbone of this revolutionary tech has seen skyrocketing demand, with technology and internet, IT services and IT consulting, and insurance companies doing the largest share of hiring.
  1. Travel Advisor: The COVID-19 pandemic lockdowns delivered a severe blow to the travel industry, but it has been slowly recovering. To help accommodate the growing consumer demand, travel advisor positions are climbing, second to only AI engineers on this year’s list. 
  1. Community Sales Manager: These positions focus on building relations, prospecting, and generating revenue, according to LinkedIn. They can be found in the real estate sector, which has flourished in North Texas. 
  1. Electro-Mechanical Technician: The No. 4 spot belongs to the position that is overwhelmingly male and responsible for installing and maintaining automated equipment and other electro-mechanical machinery. 
  1. Property Administrator: Property administrators often complete administrative tasks related to real estate projects, like financial record keeping and maintenance coordination. This is the fifth fastest-growing job in Dallas-Fort Worth. 
  1. Mental Health Therapist: At No. 6 on the list are people who provide counseling and other therapeutic support to patients. 
  1. Internal Audit Manager: As the title implies, this job performs internal audits on an organization.
  1. Revenue Managers: This job might suit you if you like to work with numbers. Revenue managers scour pricing and sales data, crunching numbers to help maximize a company’s bottom line. 
  1. Clinical Social Worker: This rewarding position entails evaluating and treating patients and families suffering from mental issues, social problems, or emotional challenges. 
  1. Building Engineer: Rounding out the top 10 list is Building Engineer, a critical job that entails maintaining and repairing a building’s mechanical, electrical, and structural systems.
