Florida-based coffee chain Qargo Coffee is set to open multiple locations in Dallas-Fort Worth this year.

The Italian-inspired coffee shop, established in 2020, boasts 90 locations across 16 U.S. states. Now, North Texas will welcome three spots when they open this summer, according to CultureMap Dallas.

  • Grand Prairie: 7501 Lake Ridge Pkwy. at Lake Ridge Center
  • Irving: 3990 N. Belt Line Rd.
  • Fort Worth: NWQ of I-35 and Basswood Blvd. #100

Qargo aims to capture the “essence of Italian tradition and culture,” offering patrons premium coffee and freshly baked pastries. Expect classic hot beverages, smoothies, boba tea, croissants, tiramisu, breakfast sandwiches, and more.

Art gallery owner Kushal Bastakoti is helping bring the coffee chain to Dallas-Fort Worth. Bastakoti is not new to such an endeavor, having already owned and operated cafes in the region, like Feng Cha.

Bastakotiy will even feature some of the art from his gallery, Kush Art Gallery and Lounge, at each location.

“We’re redefining coffee culture, restoring it to its essential place in daily life: a morning ritual, an afternoon reprieve, a moment to pause, and an opportunity to create memories with loved ones. Coffee has become routine for many, and we’re here to rekindle its significance,” reads a description on the Qargo website.

“Our mission is both straightforward and ambitious: to fuse Italian tradition with the pace of American life. By honoring the heritage and social significance of coffee, we offer a modern experience tailored to the tastes and expectations of today’s generation, enhancing lives one cup at a time.”

All three locations opening this summer will also include drive-thru ordering.
