During the national conference for Evive Brands in Dallas, franchise owners stepped away from presentations and panel discussions to help the community.

The Evive Brands National Conference was held from June 4 to 7 at the Fairmont Dallas Hotel.

Evive’s franchise brands are dedicated to delivering exceptional care and home services. These brands include Executive Home Care, Assisted Living Locators, Grasons, and The Brothers that just do Gutters.

Together, these brands work towards the company’s mission of providing top-quality home services and compassionate care. Evive has a widespread presence, with over 600 franchise locations established across the country.

Franchisees from Assisted Living Locators and Grasons joined forces with the Dallas-based non-profit Pajamas for Seniors to assemble hundreds of care packages for underprivileged seniors. These prepared packages aim to provide comfort and support to seniors residing at the Brentwood Campus of Care.

“Our franchisees’ commitment to this cause is a powerful demonstration of Evive Brands’ core values in action. We are proud to support Pajamas for Seniors and look forward to making a significant impact for local seniors,” stated Evive Brands CEO Ryan Parsons in a press release.

During the conference, over 300 franchisees participated in the charitable initiative organized by Assisted Living Locators Plano Owner Traci Duff. The care packages assembled by Assisted Living Locators and Grasons franchisees were filled with cozy pajamas, warm socks, and vital toiletries to provide comfort and essentials to seniors in need.

“Our partnership with Pajamas for Seniors allows us to provide direct comfort and support to the seniors in Dallas. These pajama boxes, filled with personal care items, are a small gesture that can make a big difference in their lives,” said Duff in the press release.

“Working alongside Assisted Living Locators and Pajamas for Seniors embodies the Grasons mission of community service and helping families during their transition journey,” added Dave Dembinski, vice president of Operations at Grasons.

Pajamas for Seniors explained on its website that the elderly population is expanding and facing increased feelings of solitude and seclusion. A majority of individuals in nursing homes lack living family members and receive minimal visitors. Due to higher staffing requirements, individual attention is scarce. With only about $2 per day set aside for essential needs, Pajamas for Seniors notes that receiving new pajamas is considered a luxury for many.

“Raising awareness to the needs of seniors one pajama at a time” is the mission of Pajamas for Seniors. The non-profit serves DFW and Arkansas and aims to bring attention to the needs of seniors living in nursing homes.

Brentwood Campus of Care, located at 3505-1 S. Buckner Blvd. in Dallas, is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center that strives to provide “measured quality, innovative care in a respectful, dignified and loving environment,” per its website.
