The project to extend one road and widen another in an industrial development in west Fort Worth is nearing completion.

According to a state filing, construction includes the widening of Silver Creek Road, an extension of Western Trade Drive, and the building of accessible sidewalks. The estimated construction cost is just over $6 million. The work is expected to be completed this month.

California-based Majestic Realty broke ground on Majestic Silver Creek in 2022. The 520-acre business park will offer more than 6 million square feet of industrial space.

“It is one of the last sizeable land holdings on the Loop that offers immediate access to multiple major on/off ramps and sits adjacent to a NAFTA Superhighway,” according to a news release. “Majestic Silver Creek Business Park will encompass 6.5 million square feet at build out and is in a preeminent position as one of the few locations on an interloop with land magnitude.”

Majestic Realty is in Phase 1 of the development west of Loop 820. At full build-out, it will include 12 buildings, putting the property “in a preeminent position as one of the few locations on an interloop with land magnitude.”

The firm owns and operates more than 400 properties encompassing over 90 million square feet of office, industrial, retail, entertainment, sports, and hospitality space, according to its website.

Majestic Realty’s portfolio includes Majestic Airport Center in Lewisville, Majestic Fort Wort South, and PointSouth Logistics & Commerce Centre in Hutchins.

Kimley-Horn & Associates of Fort Worth is listed as the design firm on the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing.
