A Dallas-Fort Worth restaurant concept plans to open another location in the area this summer.

360 Brunch House is scheduled to move into the former Cousin’s Bar-B-Q on Feather Grass Lane in Fort Worth following the remodeling of the 4,256-square-foot space, according to a state filing. The project bears an estimated construction cost of $200,000, and Studio HMA of Allen is listed as the design firm on the state filing. The work is expected to be completed by the end of June.

360 Brunch House opened in Dallas in late 2022 at Mockingbird Station. Other restaurants at the mixed-use development include Dallas Grilled Cheese Co., Sushi Mocki, The Finch, JingHe Japanese, The Londoner Dallas, and Wulf Burger.

“If you are looking for a good time over brunch in Dallas, we want our restaurants to be the first ones to come to mind,” according to the restaurant’s website. “By serving only high-quality dishes, consistently prepared by genuine people, we can help others create memorable experiences over brunch.

“We are more than just fantastic food made from high-quality ingredients and offered at a reasonable price. We look to provide a home away from home with fresh and innovative dishes to top off a casual conversation.”

A company spokesperson did not immediately return a message seeking comment about the Fort Worth opening.

The restaurant’s breakfast menu is full of options, including omelets, breakfast bowls, benedicts, pancakes, sandwiches, fruit, and French toast. Among the lunch offerings are burgers, sandwiches, salads, wraps, tacos, and nachos. The grab-and-go items are sandwiches and English muffins, and happy-hour drinks are margaritas and mimosas.
