Dallas Area Rapid Transit is now accepting entries for its 28th annual student art contest.

North Texas K-12 students once again have the opportunity to let their artistic side shine in this annual tradition. This year, the theme is ‘Fantastic Journeys Start on DART.’ Students are asked to focus on adventure, travel, and the possibilities the DART system can provide.

“The DART 2025 Student Art Contest is officially here! 🚌💫 This year’s theme, “Fantastic Journeys Start on DART,” invites North Texas students K-12 to showcase their creativity and explore the adventures that begin with public transit. Whether it’s a trip to school, a family outing, or a bold new adventure, we can’t wait to see your vision come to life!” read a November 19 social media post from DART.
