Lyons Magnus, LLC, announced Wednesday that it is expanding its July 28 voluntary recall of nutritional and beverage products to include additional brands and code dates.
Recalled products range across various Lyons Magnus brands such as Lyons Barista Style, Lyons Ready Care, Organic Valley, Oatly, Premier Protein, and Stumptown.
The announcement came after consultation and collaboration with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The recall was due to the “potential for microbial contamination, including Cronobacter sakazakii and Clostridium botulinum.”
Buyers are also advised not to consume any products past the printed “Best by Date.”
These recalled products are potentially contaminated with bacteria that cause food poisoning.
