The Lion Real Estate Group (LREG) is focused on acquiring creative, value-adding, and opportunistic multi-family and corporate office properties. The company draws on the experience of its principals to generate value for investors through renovation, improved management, repositioning, and optimal capitalization of its properties. LREG is a real estate investment firm established in 2007 by Jeff Weller and Mory Barak. They are headquartered in Dallas, Texas.

Lion Real Estate Group continues to hold true to its mission by acquiring multi-family property in Trinity, formerly known as Trails of Towne Lake. Trails of Towne Lake was originally built in 1984. The estate recently completed exterior improvements and an interior refurbishment with a $4.5 million renovation to enhance the visual appeal and bring rents in line with current market value. Units range from 637 square feet to 1,152 square feet, with a blend of one and two-bedroom units, and offer several amenities, such as a resort-style pool and fitness center.

Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Lion Real Estate Group, Mory Barak, explained: “As one of Texas’ strongest submarkets, we are very pleased to add Irving to our portfolio of investments. The area’s solid growth fundamentals, location outside the urban core, and diverse, educated workforce were all compelling qualities as we explored this investment opportunity.”
