Early next month, colorful, mythical creatures will descend upon Dallas with the arrival of Unicorn World.

The immersive and interactive show will run for two days only, November 2 and 3, at the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center.

Families can stroll through Rainbow Acres “and get up close to life-like and life-size unicorns,” states the event’s website. The Enchanted Unicorn Forest will transport visitors to a “life-sized indoor forest” complete with fairies and other creatures.

Beyond unicorns, kids can enjoy an arts and crafts area, a reading corner, a dance and play section with carnival-style games, and a separate play area designated for children under 2.

Unicorn World is the brainchild of husband and wife Patrick and Lauren Mines. The couple from Knoxville, Tennessee, had the idea after taking their children to an event they thought could be made bigger and better.

“Unicorn World has become a special place where families can create lasting memories together… As parents, we understand the importance of offering an event that allows families to simply enjoy their time together without the usual stress of planning. Every detail from engaging, brain stimulating activities to exciting amusements — has been thoughtfully designed. Unicorn World’s success reinforces our belief that family-focused events should be fun for every family member, and we’re committed to continuously enhancing Unicorn World with that goal in mind,” said Lauren, per CW33.

The traveling event has seen more than 200,000 visitors pass through the exhibit at locations across the United States.

Before landing in Dallas, the exhibit will make one stop in Philadelphia on October 26 and 27. After hitting Dallas, the unicorns will fly off to Detroit for an appearance on November 23 and 24, then back to Texas for a December 7 and 8 show in Houston.

Unicorn World in Dallas tickets must be purchased in advance on the event’s website. Admission for adults and kids ages 2 and up costs $39.57, and children under 2 are free. Add-ons, like the Magical Memento Gift Bag, can also be purchased on the website.
