Six Flags Over Texas announced in February that new rides were in the works.
Kids and kids at heart need wait no longer, as two of those rides are set to open this week.

ARLINGTON, Texas — It’s double the fun for families planning on visiting Six Flags Over Texas this week.
Two new family rides, “Daffy Duck Bucket Blasters” and “Sylvester and Tweety Pounce and Bounce,” will welcome riders just in time for the Fourth of July holiday weekend.
“These rides will allow every member of a family, regardless of their age, to enjoy first-class fun and thrills,” said Park President Richard Douaihy.
Both rides are located in the Bugs Bunny Boomtown section of the Arlington theme park.
