The Fox musical competition series, The Masked Singer, is coming to the Dallas, Fort Worth area as part of the show’s national tour from Right Angle Entertainment.

The Fox show, which first debuted in the winter of 2019, features host Nick Cannon with judges Jenny McCarthy, Ken Jeong, Robin Thicke, and Nicole Scherzinger.

The premise of the competition follows celebrities from across the entertainment and sports landscape who compete by way of singing while hiding their identities with the help of masks and colorful and outrageous costumes.

The goal for the judges and the audience is to guess who is behind the mask as the contestant tries to win the season as they attempt to be voted off. Throughout the season, the secret celebrity reveals clues about themselves that keeps the judges and viewers guessing.

Previous celebrities who have performed on the show include singers Nick Lachey, Leann Rimes, JoJo, Jesse McCartney, Donny Osmond, Bow Wow, Wiz Khalifa, T-Pain, and more.

While the core cast of celebs such as McCarthy and Cannon may not be hitting the road for the live performance tour, the national tour promises some exciting celebrity guest hosts from the show, per Culture Map.

The Masked Singer plans to perform a live show at the Texas Trust CU Theatre on July 15, 2022.

“An incredible production of song, dance, and craziness that only The Masked Singer could deliver,” shares the show’s press release.

The national tour for The Masked Singer will begin on May 28 in the new year with their first stop in St. Louis. As for other Texas locations, fans in San Antonio, Austin, and Sugar Land will also get a chance to enjoy a live show in July 2022.
