The 2018-founded Sweet Tooth Hotel has established much success with its art-themed pop-ups over the years. Now the hotel has decided to host art shows permanently. This summer, a new location will open at 1511 Elm Street, formerly occupied by the FieldHouse Gym.

The forthcoming Elm Street locale will include nine separate gallery spaces with a cocktail lounge from sponsors, Calirosa Tequila, the alcohol brand founded by Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine and his wife, Behati Prinsloo.

There is also a gift shop planned to entice purchase-interested art lovers.

“At the end of the exhibit, there’ll be a beautiful cocktail lounge presented in partnership with Calirosa Tequila, best described as a neon disco garden,” Sweet Tooth Hotel Co-Founder Jencey Keeton commented to CultureMap of Dallas.

She added, “The menu will feature specialty cocktails created in partnership with Calirosa, plus artisan takes on classic cocktails and a boozy tea party service.”

Jencey operates Sweet Tooth Hotel with her business partner and husband, Cole Keeton.

The couple became apprised of the Elm Street opportunity through the help of Downtown Dallas, Inc.

“Woods Capital, who owns the building, has been absolutely incredible to work with, and we are excited to add to the evolving neighborhood on Elm Street,” Jencey enthused.

Artists worldwide can display their creations in the ample 6,000-square-foot space.

“Our goal is to serve as a local-artist platform; although, our Allen location has national artists, as well,” Jencey shared.

The Keetons have brought breathtaking art pop-ups to the metroplex, as local Texans know. Their pop-ups have featured installations centered around everything from sugar to yarn to exuberant creations themed around mothers, the planets, graffiti, and more.
