A new spa and storefront for Skin Cabinet recently opened near the Dallas area, according to the company’s November 3 press release.

Skin Cabinet is located at 505 South Locust Street in Denton, making it a convenient shopping spot for students at Texas Woman’s University and the University of North Texas.

Skin Cabinet was first established as an exclusively online business in 2017. Now, customers can shop in person and also receive specialized skincare treatments while there.

The press release states that Skin Cabinet “has products for everyone in every price range.” Their list of products includes professional-use skincare brands, new indie beauty brands, natural brands for organic lifestyles, and some of Allure’s list of 2021 Best of Beauty products.

Bianca Townsend, the owner of Skin Cabinet, stated, “Skin Cabinet may rival beauty giants like Ulta and Sephora, and the only difference is we have been inclusive from the start when it comes to brand curation.”

The company website lists an impressive variety of brands from which shoppers can pick and choose.

These beauty brands include PFB Vanish, Dermalogica, PCA Skin, KNC Beauty, and Indie Lee, and many others.

Skin Cabinet spa technicians are certified ‘Face Reality Acne Specialists’ and “offer services like Acne Bootcamp to reduce acne breakouts and decrease the risk of scarring.”

The spa also offers the “Dr. Schrammek Green Peel, which uses natural herbs instead of harsh chemicals to treat patients’ skin concerns like hyperpigmentation and acne scarring,” explains the press release. HydraFacial MD is another popular skincare treatment the company offers.

For shoppers who aren’t sure where to start, the Skin Cabinet offers an online skincare quiz to help guide them in the right direction. A “virtual skincare consultant” is available to help online customers choose skincare products that would be the most beneficial to them personally.

Customers are also able to take the results from the quiz into the store in Denton for an expert in-person consultation. The storefront allows customers to gain “the personalized assistance that they can’t get with chat boxes alone,” the press release states.

For those shopping through the website, installment plans are available through Klarna and AfterPay. Also, if an individual purchases products online, “Skin Cabinet often sends them free full-size products as a surprise,” the press release mentioned.

Skin Cabinet plans for further expansion to reach more people and to offer more locations in the future.
