Tarrant County is building up its shopping district as several new stores open their doors for the first time. Multiple retailers are coming to Southlake Town Square and The Shops at Clearfork in Fort Worth.

Clearfork put up new signs more than a month ago indicating it will host the first Gucci boutique in Fort Worth. Neither Gucci or The Shops at Clearfork have divulged what the new store will look like or what it will offer patrons, but existing Gucci stores in DFW likely offer insight into the possibilities.

Customers can find accessories, handbags, shoes, and jewelry in the Gucci Legacy West Plano store. The Gucci store at the Dallas Galleria Mall offers everything in the Legacy West Plano store, plus watches, decor, and beauty products. For even more Gucci, NorthPark has ready-to-wear clothes for both men and women.

University Park Village in Fort Worth also opened a new Lululemon; however, it will soon move to Southlake Town Square. The move will be into a 7,000-square-foot building, twice as much space as it had at University Park Village. Expect this new store to be open in time for you to begin your back-to-school shopping.

Aside from the Lululemon store relocating to a larger space, Southlake will soon greet five stores coming to Southlake Town Square.

Brandy Melville, a European store that carries fashion accessories and clothing, will debut in Southlake with a 2,200-square-foot store opening this summer. The store will occupy prime real estate on Grand Avenue West between Sephora and Anthropologie.

Grand Avenue will also welcome Nike between Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works. This Southlake store will open in the fall.

For those who are into skincare, Southlake will become only the second home to a HeyDay, where people can receive personalized skincare treatments. The storefront will sit in the 2,329 square feet between Fabletics and Athleta when it opens this fall and will carry exfoliators, moisturizers, and cleansers.

YETI is moving into Southlake as the company’s second standalone store in North Texas. The Southlake location will be the first in Tarrant County, while the McKinney Avenue store is currently open in Dallas. The Texas-based brand will open its new store by the end of 2022.

Southlake Town Square will also see an Aerie store next to Starbucks at the end of the year.

Shopping in Tarrant County will never be the same again!
