A new season of Cowboys football starts on September 11, and with it will come some fresh new food options on AT&T Stadium’s menu.

There are a host of new offerings for football fans, including plant-based options, new savory sandwiches, and even more comfort food.

“Next-level flavor for fans is what this season is all about for Dallas Cowboys game day, continuing our tradition of delivering an extraordinary culinary experience for local fans and those visiting at AT&T Stadium,” said George Wasai, director of food and beverage for Legends at AT&T Stadium, speaking with WFAA.

Knowing that hand-held options go over well while cheering on the home team, the stadium is introducing several new sandwiches, including an Au-Jus-dipped roasted steak sandwich with arugula, provolone cheese, horseradish sauce, and caramelized onions.

You can also go with a torta and pick your protein to enjoy on a soft Bolillo bun, complete with refried beans and topped with queso fresco, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and guacamole.

The fried mozzarella burger is another excellent choice for those who like to hold onto their hearty creations. An Angus burger patty is layered with fried mozzarella sticks, house-made marinara sauce, and pepper jack cheese, all on a brioche bun.

For heat junkies, the mango habanero chicken sandwich offers a blend of sweet and spicy. Pineapple slaw tops a mango-habanero-dipped fried chicken breast, which comes on a sesame seed bun.

And in case you did not know, you do not have to be a saint to get a New Orleans-style muffuletta at AT&T Stadium. Layers of provolone, mozzarella, capicola, mortadella, ham, salami, and freshly baked focaccia bread are topped with a homemade olive salad.

For the more health-cautious football fans, the Cowboys’ plant-based sandwiches give plenty of options.

“Our Plant-Based Touchdown program with vegetarian options for fans has been so successful, and we are honored to help have an impact on game day both in Stadium and at home with adding more produce and big flavor vegetables and vegetarian options to their familiar and favorite game day menu options,” Wasai said.

The Awesome Plant-Based Burger, Buffalo Chick’ n Nachos, spicy Touchdown Tots, Sweet Earth’s plant-based chicken tossed in Cholula Sauce, pico de Gallo, and lime will all be available during the season opener against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

It sounds like AT&T stadium is pandering to minorities and Liberals. Those who eat veggie burgers are not man enough to like football, a violent contact sport. And those who do go will have to take out a second mortgage on their homes to be able to afford the prices.
