Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington plans to add two new rides to Bugs Bunny Boomtown this year.

In February, the amusement park is scheduled to spend an estimated $2 million on paving and foundations for the rides. The project has a completion date of May 31.

Bugs Bunny Boomtown includes ten attractions, including the Looney Tunes Adventure Camp — an interactive play space for kids — Marvin the Martian Space Rockets, Bugs Bunny Cloud Bouncer, and Daffy Duck Bucket Blasters.

“From rides, restaurants, and retail shops to entrances and security projects, Quorum has enjoyed working with Six Flags since 2013. Today, the park spreads out over 212 acres, boasts 10 themed areas, and draws visitors from all over the world. Coasters, drops, spinners, whips, dark rides, 4D interactive experiences, as well as play areas for younger kids are among the 15 rides and attractions that Quorum has worked on at the park. We’ve also designed six retail/restaurant projects in addition to entrances and security upgrades,” states Quorum on its website.

Founded in 1961, the amusement park features more than 100 rides, such as New Texas Giant, AQUAMAN: Power Wave, Titan, SUPERMAN: Tower of Power, Texas Skyscraper, Shock Wave, El Diablo, and Gunslinger, plus shows and attractions. Six Flags also offers dozens of eateries and food kiosks throughout the park, including Texas Tacos, All-American Cafe, Bubba’s Texas Giant Hot Dogs, Cinnabon, Dry Hole Charlie’s, Etienne’s Cafe, La Cantina, Ma Hunkel’s Famous Chicken, and Rancho de Pollo.
