Now Showing Juliet, a Hollywood-themed steakhouse, could open in Dallas as soon as next year in the Design District.

According to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, it appears a Dallas version of the upscale Houston restaurant will go into a 7,000-square-foot space once occupied by N’Awlins Seafood Sports Bar along Hi Line Drive after $250,000 in renovations are completed around June.

Now Showing Juliet‘s only restaurant is in the Galleria area of Houston. Inspired by the fine-dining scenes of Los Angeles, New York, Las Vegas and London, its design incorporates a marquee with movie posters inside and outside the establishment.

Keeping with the high-end theme, patrons are required to dress accordingly because this isn’t a casual dining experience. The dinner menu is full of steak and seafood options, such as lobster tails, Alaskan king crab, and prime filet and ribeye. The offerings also include the “Golden Star,” a 36-ounce tomahawk ribeye wrapped in 24-carat gold.

Its Houston brunch menu features decadent items like fried chicken and waffles, shrimp and smoked gouda grits, and crème brulée French toast.

This wouldn’t be the first time the Design District leaned into attracting popular concepts from other metros. Last year, Major Food Group opened a Dallas rendition of popular red-sauce Italian restaurant Carbone, in addition to a new concept, Carbone Vino.

LH2 Architecture of Bellaire is listed as the design firm behind the work for the new Juliet concept on the state filing.

A company spokesperson did not return a message seeking comment on the Dallas location by press time.
