Experience the magic of the holiday season with one of Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden’s most popular events, “Holiday at the Arboretum,” open from November 9 to January 5.

Immerse yourself in a winter wonderland filled with a charming Christmas Village, the Dazzling Musical Tree, and the 12 Days of Christmas gazebos, showcasing drummers drumming and ice-skating lords a-leaping.

With over 1 million lights, children’s activities, cooking demonstrations, live entertainment, and more, this event will put the holiday season in full bloom.

The garden will be transformed into a magical wonderland as the November 8 opening ceremony ignites the night with the flip of a switch.

With over 42,000 lights adorning the 50-foot-tall Dazzling Musical Tree, the entire space will come alive with a sense of enchantment and wonder.

Enjoy the garden’s newest collection of nearly 600 nutcrackers, decorated by designer Michael Hamilton. This exhibit will be open for daily viewing at the historic DeGolyer House, Monday through Wednesday evenings, starting November 8.

Immerse yourself in the holiday spirit by indulging in delicious samples from the local shop owners as you explore the Christmas Village. Marvel at the intricately crafted German–built Christmas Pyramid, complete with animated scenes on each level that will transport you to a magical winter wonderland.

The garden strives to create a welcoming space for the public that showcases the beauty, pleasure, and learning opportunities of horticulture, upholding high standards of inclusivity, excellence, and financial and administrative responsibility.

Members and non-members must reserve tickets in advance for day and nighttime admission, with a designated day and time for each ticket. Group tickets are also available.

Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden is located at 8525 Garland Rd. in Dallas. For ticket pricing, garden etiquette, and additional information, click here. To purchase tickets, click here.
