The Hillside Village shopping center in Dallas has welcomed nine new businesses. Some of the new tenants have already opened up shop while others are slated to open in the near future.
While sharing the news in a press release, Ward Kampf, the president of the landlord Northwood Retail, spoke about the shopping center’s popularity among residents and its expansive offerings.
“We are asked about this asset more than anything else within our Dallas portfolio, including interest from concepts coming off the best streets in the west side of L.A.,” Kampf stated.
Adding, “The center has a dynamic community feel, which we have been thoughtful to retain as we’ve brought in new national, regional, and local retailers and eateries.”
The nine new businesses include:
Parlor’s Handcrafted Ice Cream is all about using its local resources. The ice cream is made from grass-fed milk and eggs with all other utilized ingredients sourced locally. This is the business’s first brick-and-mortar location. Parlor’s will open sometime in the Spring of 2022.
Susie Cakes is set to open at Hillside in the Spring of 2022. The bakery is popular for its made from scratch layer cakes, cookies, cupcakes, and seasonal desserts.
Boardroom Salon will cater to men, offering haircuts, shaves, and styling consults. The salon promises to bring an “elevated experience.” The salon will open soon, per the Dallas Culture Maps.
Massage Heights will offer personalized massage therapy treatments. The location is set to open sometime in the new year with an official date to be announced at a later date.
Five of the nine businesses have already opened at Hillside Village; Pet Bar, Ferrari Orthodontics, F45 Training, a fitness center, Froggie’s 5 & 10 toy store, and Betty Lou, greetings cards/gift store. Both Froggie’s 5 & 10 and Betty Lou will share the same location.
