Enchant, the Christmas Light Maze and Village returns to the metroplex this holiday season, hosted on the Esplanade at Fair Park in Dallas. After electing to hold digital experiences in lieu of in-person events in 2020, the Enchant lights are making their comeback for Christmas 2021.
Beginning November 26 and lasting through January 2, Enchant is a bright and scenic interactive experience for guests young and old alike.
This year, Enchant will be presenting the “Great Search,” the first of five installments of Christmas-themed adventures. Visitors will journey through a magical maze, guided by twinkle lights on a quest to save Christmas by helping Santa to locate his nine missing reindeer, however, Enchant offers more than just this scavenger hunt.
An Ice Skating Trail weaves through the shimmering Enchant forest, made up of trees illuminated by millions of twinkling lights.
Guests can also explore the Village, a Nordic-inspired Christmas market, where they can sample seasonal treats and shop for gifts from a slew of local vendors offering anything from foods to jewelry or home decor while enjoying live music and entertainment.
Alongside the vendors’ booths, the Enchant shop houses a collection of artisan souvenirs for purchase so families can cherish the Christmas memories made.
For the younger attendees, Enchant features the opportunity to meet the jolly old elf himself. Santa will be available for Christmas photos, while Mrs. Claus will be reading a Christmas tale for an early-evening storytime.
Children can also enjoy other activities in the Little Ones’ Play Place, a kid-friendly area boasting tumble mats and building blocks, along with Christmas coloring and crafts.
For visitors ages twenty-one and up, the Polar Bar brings an all-new meaning to a chill experience. Guests can bundle up in cozy coats and visit the 19ºF Polar Bar to taste three different Christmas craft cocktails while gazing upon hand-carved ice sculptures.
Enchant also hosts special events on certain evenings, such as Sharing & Caring, Feasts & Treats, and Paws & Claus nights.
Basic admission gives ticketholders access to the Village, Light Maze, the Little Ones’ Play Place, or, for an even more magical experience, Enchant offers the premium Star Experience, as well as the option to make reservations for holiday parties.
