Declan Leary is the editor in chief of The Dallas Express. He was previously managing editor of The American Conservative, a political magazine headquartered in Washington, D.C. His writing has appeared in publications including National Review and The Lamp. He is the author of a forthcoming book of political history from Regnery Publishing.
