Dallas ISD’s ONE Centers are offering year-round enrollment assistance for families navigating school registration for the 2025-2026 academic year.
The centers operate Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at three locations across the district. They assist with everything from campus selection to specialized program applications.
Staff members help families identify schools matching students’ academic goals and navigate applications for transformation, magnet, or Montessori programs. They also guide parents through the registration process and assist with student record requests.
“Families often visit seeking in-person guidance and reassurance through what can be a complex and unfamiliar process,” Diana Nunez, executive director of Centralized Enrollment, said. “Team members are trained to assist with both the technical aspects of enrollment and the human side, offering patience, clarity, and personalized support.”
The centers particularly benefit families enrolling multiple children across different grade levels. New residents can explore Dallas ISD’s offerings, while current families can pursue transfers or enroll in a specialty school.
Staff members demonstrate the School Finder System, which allows families to browse and filter district campuses. The online tool helps match students with the most suitable educational environments.
Three ONE Center locations serve different areas of Dallas. The Northeast Center is located in the Linus D. Wright Administration Building at 9400 N. Central Expressway.
The East Center is housed at Frazier House, 4600 Spring Ave. The South location operates from Room 201 at Kathlyn Joy Gilliam Early College, 1700 E. Camp Wisdom Rd.
Summer hours run Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. during June and July. Regular hours resume in August.
