A New Jersey man was arrested outside Washington, DC’s Cathedral of St. Matthew the Apostle shortly before the annual Red Mass, according to court filings cited by the New York Post.

Louis Geri, 41, allegedly warned responding officers, “You might want to stay back and call the federales, I have explosives,” and later handed them a notebook expressing hatred toward the Catholic Church, Jews, ICE, and Supreme Court justices expected to attend the service — sentiments often associated with far-left extremists.
