NASA announced it will return a crew from the International Space Station earlier than planned after a crew member experienced a medical issue. The astronaut is reported to be stable, and the agency emphasized the decision was made out of caution, not emergency.

The four-person Crew-11 mission, launched August 1, 2025, will now return to Earth in February. NASA also canceled what would have been the first spacewalk of the year.
